Pleasant helpful staff. Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Quite close to airport with free shuttle to airport at 7am. Need to check if shuttle is running . If not, taxi is about EUR 17. There's a supermarket and a few restaurants and a brewery within 10 mins walk

I used to stay at this hotel a lot till about 8 years ago. And it used to be a good hotel, very decent. But now it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve been in. I know 2 stars hotels which are way better than this. This definitely doesn’t deserve its 3 stars qualification.

Everything is very old. Cleaning is almost inexistent. Shower head is almost unusable, stuck in one position and so clogged with limestone it only partially DRIPS water. Apart for one person from the staff, everyone we’ve interacted with was rude and we’ve felt like we’ve somehow inconvenienced them for being there. There was a person, seamed like the manager, he was barely speaking english and barely speaking french. When’ve we’ve checked out I had to call a number because nobody was at the reception, that was not the problem, the problem was that, apparently, the manager answered the phone and told me in a very broken english, even though I’ve been talking to him in french, to just drop the card at reception and he hanged up. Please bring back the old french management. I’m not french, but obviously whoever is running that hotel now has no clue what they are doing and they’ve completely ruined the place. Don’t trust the pictures they’ve posted. The breakfast is NOT an option you should choose, barely any options, the boiled eggs looked VERY bad, my wife tried one but she couldn’t eat it, it looked like boiled spoiled egg, the rest of the options were: 2 sorts of ham in the first day, only one on the second day, a couple of slices of emmental cheese some butter and some jam’s. This place used to have a breakfast so good, locals would come in the morning to eat there.

It was clean and conveniently located in Carcassonne. The bathroom had been renovated and was lovely. There was secure on site parking. A nice boulangerie is located very close and McDonald’s is across the road.

amazing new property in the heart of the old town of antibes

Fantastic location just off the main square of old town. Beautiful setting with a private garden. Great kitchen facilities. Easy to check in with Regi giving us detail for key box the day of arrival.
