Lovely stay at the Innkeeper Inn(Liverpool), great location for visiting Liverpool. Lovely staff, very helpful and really friendly & polite. Great value for money and good selection of breakfast was available. The family room 3 of us) was very clean and comfortable and was amicable for our visit.

Family run property. Friendly staff. Good clean facilities. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food- both evening meal and breakfast. Lots of parking space. Would definitely recommend.

Very overpriced (£235 for one night, for a basic hotel, feels like robbery), small bed for 2 people (queen room was all that was available), could hear/ feel doors slamming elsewhere in the hotel, which woke me up a few times during the night

Poor breakfast for a 5 star hotel. All 5 star hotels I have stayed in offer a breakfast menu and is cooked to order. Do not expect a buffet breakfast in a 5 star hotel. Hash brown, pudding and cooked breads were soggy from storage in warmers. Room was smaller than expected for the money we paid. Lobby Toilets cubicle was out of order for entire weekend and smell from toilet area was not nice. No toilet rolls in cubicles early am following wedding previous day. Not good enough for a 5 star facility given prices paid.

this is not a lodge, it’s a small apparemment in a semi detach house. there is a dark carpet on the floor which is not very clean. the bed linen are not ironed, and only one bed was prepare, we had to prepare the 2 others. definitely not worth the price
