The best service I have ever received in any hotel. I was sick during my stay and had to go to a clinic. Tom, the manager at the front desk made sure I was taken care of and even had the hotel car take me to the clinic. When I was finished they went to pick me up. I will never forget their kindness and care. It's terrible to be sick while abroad, Shanti Hotel made me feel taken care of. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I loved the Island so much and will surely be back next year to stay at Shanti. Thanks so much for taking such good care of me.

Amazing family, friendly hotel with superb stuff, specially WaWa from restaurant. Excellent knowledge with the menu and great communication skills, she’s a great asset for the hotel We did really like everything and there is nothing to complain about Great kids room, and gym with nanny available

The organize Pub crawl which was a blast. People from 20 to 50 years old. That was the highlight. Very clean. Managed to organize taxi to airport from hotel. Good location 7 -10 min to beach or night clubs

The location was Okay, close to the beach. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, though not so comfortable. The wifi was working for basic browsing, but not really good for working.

They said pool view. Well, the pool is not so big, quite narrow, between the buildings.

Poor facilities, mosquitos, wholes in the floor , wholes in the netting , no flushing toilet, you lock your door from outside with the padlock hence store your valuables at the reception
