Pools: The hotel features three fairly good pools, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests to relax and have fun. The pools are well-maintained and offer a pleasant break from the beach. Traditional Turkish flatbreads: In the middle of the day, a woman on the hotel premises prepares delicious traditional Turkish flatbreads. These freshly made treats are a delightful addition to the dining options and give a taste of local cuisine. Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the sea, making it easy for guests to spend time on the beach. This proximity to the water is ideal for those who enjoy seaside activities and scenic walks along the shore.

Room quality: The room I stayed in was smaller than advertised, measuring at most 18 square meters instead of the promised 25. Additionally, there were several issues with the room: a broken lamp, a damaged toilet paper holder, a non-working USB charger, and a non-functional safe. Despite reporting these problems to the reception, nothing was fixed during my stay. Massage: The massage service was disappointing. Despite being marketed as professional, the massage was quite average. The therapists did not cater to specific muscle groups as requested and only performed the standard massage they knew. Furthermore, the price for these treatments was about three times higher than similar services available nearby. The hotel staff insisted that booking within the hotel was safer, claiming that external services might cheat customers and not offer refunds. Salt room and gym: Both the salt room and the gym looked very shabby and poorly maintained. The salt room, included in the massage package, was particularly unappealing. The gym seemed to be set up just for the sake of having one, with no real effort put into its maintenance or equipment quality. Lack of laundry service: Despite being listed among the hotel's services, there was no laundry service available. This caused inconvenience as guests had to look for alternative options outside the hotel for laundry needs. Night noise: Loud music from the nearby shopping stalls played every night, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, noisy guests were a problem, with some shouting and swearing outside late into the night. The hotel management did not take any action to address these noise issues, even after complaints were made. Management's attitude: The hotel management showed a lack of responsiveness to guest complaints. Issues such as noisy guests were ignored, and no measures were taken to ensure a peaceful stay for other guests.

Best hosts I’ve ever met! During the stay, they have always been patient and gave recommendations and advices to restaurants and bookings. You will definitely love this place if you enjoy talking with people from a different country because everyone is so friendly and willing to talk with you!

The location was really good. The staff were amazing! Very helpful and kind at all times. The breakfast is lovely and the view of the balloons too. Aso it’s really nice they have two cute dogs that are really friendly. We loved the stay!

Breakfast was excellent, staff were good, location in Sultanahmet was excellent. We arrived late and it wasn't ` problem.

The only issue was the Taxi to the airport, organised by the Hotel. On arrival, we paid about 1000TL however, on the way back it was 1400TL. We felt ripped off.
