Great place, efficient check-in and very easy communication with the owner. Surrounded by tons of great restaurants, shops and bars yet still quiet at night, it was a pleasure to stay here and already look forward to my next visit. The rainfall shower is a treat after walking around the city all day in -5 degree weather. The rest of the appliances/style was also perfect and I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for great value!!

The hostel was in a nice location, right on the Village and easy to get to the subway, bus stops, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I stayed in a 12-person dorm and was worried it would be too crowded, but it's a well utilized setup where you only really see 4-6 beds at a time. Privacy curtains and lots of shelf space make it easy to bunker up.

Unfortunately this is in line with many North American cities post COVID. Great spacious room which I've come to expect of this Hyatt brand. Definitely worth asking for/paying to have a higher floor room, and most definitely city view as you get noise from "the Village".
