Wonderfully refurbished hotel in an old meat factory. The integration of old and new is just perfect. The setting is spectacular right on the sound, very spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Staff were very friendly and helpful with Felipe being a total credit to the hotel. We had pre-booked the guided history tour of the Singular for the day of our arrival and Mica, the guide, was extremely knowledgeable. It was impressive to learn about the background of the whole area and this hotel in particular. We also went on our own to Lago Grey from there for the Glacier Navigation in Torres del Paine. The restaurant, breakfast and bar area were truly "singular" in the furnishings with lovely food and drinks. The sauna, hammam and pool also feature the great views.

This was our best stay in Chile by far .Christina and Carlos have a lovely house in a lovely location and by the end of our three day stay it felt like we were staying with friends instead of hosts . It is a pity we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfortable , the towels for example were the best quality I've used in a long time. Information about activities and restaurants were especially useful with the superb local restaurant one of the most unusual I've ever seen.

The breakfast was plentiful and started very early - which was excellent for my partner and I, since we had an early flight. We arrived early, before our checkin time, and we were able to get into our room immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Proximity to the water was great. A fair amount of bird life about when we visited. We were in transit to Hotel Lago grey so our visit to the town was relatively brief. Our impression of Puerto Natales was degraded by the poor customer service we received from Hotel Costaustralis. There greedy attitude thankfully was not evident in our other hotel stays :)

One of the gateways to Patagonia, less than 2 hours drive from Hosteria Pehoe. Direct flight from Santiago, everything is convenient, except there is no car rental place at airport. But it is only a 10 min taxi ride to town.

I chose Puerto Natales because it has an airport close to Torres del Paine.
I did four excursions to view the outdoor beauty of southern Chile.
I walked to the bus station to acquire information ... I was pleasantly surprised that a bus can take me futher south, near the tip of South Amarica.

Puerto Natales is a very cool town.
Puerto Natales is a very cool town. We stayed in the park for 2-3 nights and in Puerto Natales for 1 prior to a flight early in the AM. We enjoyed walking through town and had EXCELLENT food at La Disqueria!! It seemed like there were MANY options to stay in PN and travel into TDP - which would be much more cost-efficient than staying in the park! A great city!

There isn’t a whole lot to do in the town itself, you can probably see everything in one day, and the weather is unpredictable even in the summer. It’s walkable and there are some cool shops and restaurants that largely cater to tourists. Most people come here because they are going to hike or tour Torres Del Paine, to see the glaciers, or both, and they don’t want to spend $500 USD or more per night to stay in the park. Figure out how many excursions you want to do, and give yourself an extra day to check out the town.

Puerto Natales is an easily navigated small town and a good jumping off point for tours and trips to Torres del Paine, one of Chile's most famous national parks and hiking trails, as well as for catamaran tours to see the glaciers. The town is equipped with a number of good restaurants, outdoor/sports stores and supermarkets, making it a good place to stop before and/or after excursions. It has a beautiful waterfront. It is cool year round, cold in the winter, keep in mind this region of Chile includes Antarctica so you should always be prepared for wind and cold, although we did have a few relatively warm afternoons.
We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. After a long journey we felt comfortable right away. It was cold and stormy outside in Puerto Natales, so it was amazing to arrive to a very warm accommodation with a very nice welcome through the host! The hostel seemed very clean, plenty of showers were available, so no waits for the shared bathrooms. The breakfast was good with a a nice feature provided, a sandwich toaster :) We enjoyed the proximity to the water for a nice morning walk with a coffee.
The host was very friendly and helpful! It was no problem that we arrived late in the evening.
We got advised about some nice places to visit in Puerto Natales and it was possible to store some of our luggage during our visit to TDP.
The place was very clean and convenient.
After our long day, we were very pleased with the delicious bottle of wine waiting for us.
Brilliant location in the centre of Puerto Natales, nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to the bus station for trips to Torres del Paine.
Room was big, comfortable and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Juan in particular really went above and beyond with his advice.
The luggage storage was also very helpful.
I loved staying here before and after the W Trek. The owner and staff are super helpful and kind. They make the best coffee in Puerto Natales (maybe the best in Patagonia). The beds are so comfortable and the location is quiet so you can get great sleep. Nice 10 min walk to city center. I recommend to any type of traveler.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone spoke English very well, which was nice for our group. The morning breakfast was just what we needed, especially with the cooked to order scrambled eggs! I've stayed here three times and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Puerto Natales.
Property is conveniently located within walking distance from bus station and also close to seaside promenade and Manual Bulnes Road which is the main street of Puerto Natales. Beds are comfortable and there was no issues with hot water or water pressure in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good.
We had a great time in hotel Capitán Eberhard. The room was comfortable and warm. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a beautiful view on the sea and the montains. This hotel is ideally situated very near the center. A quiet place with real character. Extremely friendly, helpful staff as well.
Superb, brand new hostal in a great location. Bed was very comfortable with duvet cover, room was cleaned everyday, breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Paul (the owner), his dad Claudio, brother Mike and friend Diego were absolute gems. Best place is Puerto Natales !
One of the best hostels I have been in Chile, very comfortable, clean, and very well located. The owner of the hostel Marcos runs the hostel and is very friendly. He knows places to eat well and cheaply, cabs, travel tips and flexible checking hours
The Domos stay was really beautiful. The decor and facilities were stunning and this was a really luxurious stay in Puerto Natales. The breakfast brought was delicious and a really nice touch. I cannot recommend it enough!
One of the most comfortable and cozy hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was super kind and accommodating, and the location was perfect for my travel needs (near the bus terminal). 100% I would recommend and return!
The hotel is close to necessities and restaurants in Puerto Natales, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The small continental breakfast is very thoughtful and delicious.
