Rooms are comfortable, the desk would be great for work, which is rare in Mexico for tall people like my husband and I, my knees don’t fit under the desk in most places

I always stay at Hotel Lord when I'm in Mexico City, because rooms are cheap, super clean, very hot shower with good pressure and it's conveniently close to centro and Roma. Attractively located in the Doctores district of Mexico City, Hotel Arena is situated an 11-minute walk from La Ciudadela Market, 1 km from San Juan Market and 1 km from The Antique Mexican Toy... amazing included breakfast, very quiet room (rooms 408 - 422 and rooms 401-402 will be quiet) - they show off the brick behind the bed through glass presumably to show the soundproofing haha), great large flat screen tv positioned in front of bed (not all rooms have this setup), free coffee 24/7, a 'business centre' on level 4 - basically 3 archaic computers at desk but you can commander a spot with your laptop, amazing bathroom with mini rain shower and shower on handle, doors of unoccupied rooms are left open so its easy to get a sense of how busy the hotel is (there seems to be a fair bit of rent by the hour as is to be expected), love hearts etched in the bathroom and fairly bonkers lucha libre themed decor inside and outside (check the parking lot murals... raunchy haha). 10/10, hilarious, comfortable and value for money stay
