Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. The ambiance, the staff, the room was just an amazing experience. I wanted somewhere quiet to rest n it was perfect. Taxi took us back n forth with no problem. There was a convenience store just across the street. Restaurants within a walk. It was just perfect
