Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well. Apa hotels are always great- the room was a little stylish and I liked the atmosphere in the hotel. The front staff really helped me out when my tablet wouldn’t connect to our rooms wifi…it was only registering other rooms! They let me connect to the wifi in an unoccupied room next door!

Absolutely beautiful resort on the top of a hill. Amazing ocean views. Tons of stuff for kids like ping pong, games room, even karaoke. Be sure to sit on the open air patio for the ashi-no-yu foot bath. Nice yukatas to wear when you go to onsen. Excellent variety at breakfast buffet. We stayed here after visiting Ise Jingu

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable with great amenities. We took our dog and there were bowls and bedding provided. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool area is great with lots of seating and is open from 8am-8pm so you can enjoy morning and evening swims. We have stayed twice now and I would definitely recommend it.

The staff was very friendly, we checked in super late at 11pm, she greeted us with a smile (with a mask of course) and had the room ready for us already! The hotel location was easy to find, just need to leave from the side exit of the station and walk for about 3 to 5min!
