The property has an outdoor dining area.

Stunning location. Very accommodating host, nothing was too much trouble for him, we arrived at the property earlier than expected and were welcomed in before the allocated time. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, with a beautiful outside area with a place for dining or simply taking in the views over Palermo and Mondello. Added bonus is the very secure parking on-site, accessed through electronic gates. Highly recommend this place.

Each unit is equipped with a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with bidet and a hair dryer. Some units include a balcony and/or a patio with garden or inner courtyard views. At the holiday home, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels.

We had a perfect stay - a very clean, well equipped house a short walk from Mondello beach. The kitchen and two bathrooms are excellent and the beds all very comfortable. Barbara was lovely and very helpful. We will be back!

The villa comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

Da Sophie was very clean and the facilities and equipment were like home from home. The roof terrace was ideal for evening meals and chilling with our friends and the garden was lovely for enjoying breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped as was the crest of Da Sophie. We had a wonderful stay there.

Great little house. Modern and very clean. Very comfortable bed and good outdoor spaces. Easy walking to Mondello beach. Lovely bars and restaurants a few minutes away. The bus to Palermo is cheap and efficient. It takes 30mins and saved the stress of driving and parking. Leonardo is lovely. Friendly and flexible. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Where to begin, this place is just fabulous. The owner, Antonio, is a perfect host, he also provides snacks and basic utilities for the kitchen, including coffee pods for the espresso machine and we also found water and ice tea in the fridge. There is also a lovely terrace with a barbecue and all you need to grill. There’s AC in the apartment and also a washing machine. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!
